Meet Our Team
Joebeth Molero, DMD
"To me, happiness is being a dentist!
The satisfaction of restoring a person’s smile so they can enjoy showing it is priceless. When I was a little girl, I loved to visit my father’s dental office to observe his work and ever since then, I could not picture myself being anything other than a dentist. I always felt a strong desire to being a dentist because of my compassion to others. My desire was embedded to do something for someone else.
In my work still today, I help others who have not been able to smile in a long time and I ease their pain. To allow my patients this happiness drives my work, and this is my passion.
Once in a while, I get a sincere “thank you” or even a hug from a patient that makes my day and reassures me that I really am doing what I love to do. This is why I am here!"

Karla Soto, DDS
"I love my job!
Being able to provide my patients with beautiful smiles is such a gift!
I truly believe dentistry is an art, and here at West Glades Dental, we are devoted to providing masterpieces in the most gentle and comfortable environment possible. Being a third-generation dentist, I was raised surrounded with amazing dentists and surgeons, always having fun playing with dental instruments in my parents’ offices. Things have not changed much. I still enjoy it every day and "playing with dental instruments" became my passion. Now my oldest daughter, now 8 years old, comes to play in the office. She puts on a mask and gloves and never wants to leave!
Outside of the office, I enjoy art on every level. Painting and dancing are my relaxation routines. I've been blessed with the most beautiful family; my amazing husband and my gorgeous little girls have me head over heels!
I look forward to taking care of you and giving you a healthy, beautiful smile!"

Greetings! I am Alex. I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but proudly raised in Venezuela with a combination of the traditional Spanish culture from my father’s side and the Italian influence from my mother. I grew up listening to stories of my parents, grandparents, and great grandmother; it was just delightful to enjoy many unforgettable happy moments with such an unconditional family. Moral virtues, empathy, diverse cultures, and good human relationships were learned within my family. I am married with Jose and have the cutest doggie named Oreo. We also became parents less than 2 yrs ago with our baby girl Fabianna; we feel so blessed. In my spare time, I enjoy reading dental research, gardening, skiing & hiking (when I can get away ), traveling, and serving both my church and community as well. I consider myself to be a passionate dental hygienist striving to keep both my standards of ethics and patient care very high. I love helping keep your teeth and gums happy.
